In 1981, Marita Lorenz recalls her past experiences in Cuba, where she was 19 and visiting from New York. Fidel Castro, the rebel president, noticed her and invited her to be his secretary and help shape the new Cuba. However, she soon discovered that she was not needed as a secretary, and instead became pregnant. Additionally, the FBI and CIA took notice of her, leading to a series of events where she was forced to return to Cuba as an assassin, tasked with killing her former lover.
