A legendary Caribbean pirate, Don Williams the Great, rises from the sea to revisit his former hideaway, now an amusement park called "Pirate's World". Unnoticed, Don roams the park, blending in with buccaneer-clad attendants. He pretends to be the publicity manager and convinces the gatekeeper to offer free admission, drawing in a massive crowd of rock fans eager to hear Iron Butterfly's concert. However, the performance is abruptly cancelled by an irate manager, replaced by local groups that delight the young audience with their music.
