Two struggling photographers, Vinod and Sudhir, set up a photo studio but lack customers. They get a job from editor Shobha to investigate fraud businessman Tarneja and corrupt commissioner D'Mello. After gathering evidence, they decide to expose Tarneja but their plan goes awry when they misplace D'Mello's body.
