Aenigma

At an elite New England boarding school, Kathy, an outcast, is struck by a car and falls into a coma after being victimized by a cruel prank. When Eva, a new student, moves into Kathy's old room, she befriends some of the girls responsible for the accident. Unbeknownst to Eva, Kathy, from her hospital bed, is manipulating her to exact revenge on those who wronged her. Meanwhile, Kathy's doctor, who has started dating Eva, also becomes a target of Kathy's wrath.
