Vincent Hoss-Desmarais, a multifaceted individual with a strong presence in the entertainment industry, was born in Montreal. His extensive career encompasses film and television credits, as well as his role as Ringmaster for Cirque Eloize, an international circus troupe, for a decade.
During his tenure, Vincent delivered performances in various locations across the globe, including Europe, India, Canada, and Las Vegas. His stage presence is equally impressive, with numerous lead roles at prominent theatrical venues in Canada. Notably, he played the part of Michel Tremblay in the world premiere of "Michel and Ti-Jean" at The Centaur Theatre in Montreal, Quebec, in 2010. The production received critical and commercial success, earning Vincent widespread recognition.
Vincent reprised his role as Tremblay in the 2011 production of "Michel and Ti-Jean" at Theatre Network Live at the Roxy in Edmonton, Alberta, for which he received a nomination for Best Actor at the 2012 Elizabeth Sterling Haynes Awards.
His impressive theatrical credits also include the lead character Jean-Paul in the critically acclaimed world premiere of "Vimy" at The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton, Alberta. Additionally, he portrayed The Storyteller at "C2 Montreal" in both 2013 and 2014, sharing the stage with international stars such as James Cameron and Sir Richard Branson.
In 2018, Vincent took on the extravagant role of Chambellan for a unique event staged by the renowned scene-and-light-creating company Moment Factory. Besides his entertainment endeavors, Vincent is also a lawyer, having earned his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Montreal in 1999 and being called to the Quebec Bar in 2001.
