Turhan Şen's illustrious journey in the world of theater began with his graduation from Hacettepe University State Conservatory Theater Acting Department in 1990. Following his academic achievements, he embarked on a year-long stint at the Ankara State Theater, honing his craft and gaining valuable experience.
In 1993, he joined the Antalya State Theater Directorate, where he remained until 2001, further solidifying his reputation as a talented thespian. His impressive career trajectory continued as he took on a new role at the Bursa State Theater in 2002, a position he still holds to this day.
In addition to his extensive work in theater, Turhan Şen has also made a name for himself in the film and television industries, showcasing his versatility and range as a performer. One of his most notable endeavors is the founding of the "OL Theater" in 1997, a venture he embarked upon alongside his Azerbaijani colleague, Namik Agayev.
The theater's inaugural production, "Welcome Nazim," was a resounding success, paving the way for future projects. Among these was the adaptation of Richard's play "Seagull," which brought the Russian classic to life in a captivating and unique way. Throughout his career, Turhan Şen has consistently demonstrated his dedication to his craft, pushing the boundaries of what is possible and inspiring a new generation of performers.
