Tom relocated to the vibrant city of Las Vegas from his native Minnesota, a move that would prove to be a transformative experience in his life. Following his graduation from college, where he had majored in finance, Tom spent two years in the entertainment capital of the world, grappling with the existential question of his life's direction.
As he navigated this uncertain period, Tom was fortunate to have a loving and supportive family, with his parents still happily married and his four siblings, a brother and three sisters, residing back in Minnesota. In addition to his academic achievements, Tom had also excelled in the martial arts, earning an impressive seven national titles.
However, despite his many accomplishments, Tom couldn't shake off the feeling that something was missing from his life. It was during this time in Las Vegas that Tom began exploring his creative side, delving into the world of modeling and acting. His breakthrough role came when he performed extensive stunt work in the production of "King Arthur's Tournament" at Excalibur.
This experience had a profound impact on Tom, awakening a deep desire within him to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Whether through training, teaching, or acting, Tom became convinced that this was his true calling. And so, in 1999, he made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles, a city that would provide him with endless opportunities to pursue his passions.
It was in LA that Tom met the love of his life, Toni, and her eleven-year-old daughter, Coral, whom he would later adopt. This new chapter in his life marked the beginning of a fresh start, filled with promise and potential.
