Thomas Ernst, a Danish native, burst onto the show business scene at the tender age of six, making a name for himself in a series of highly acclaimed Danish theatre productions that garnered national recognition.
Thomas's big break came when he landed the role of Jonas in Nils Malmros' 2009 film "Aching Hearts". The filming process was meticulously planned to span over three years, allowing the young actors to age believably throughout the movie. For his outstanding performance, Thomas received a ROBERT Award nomination, often referred to as the Danish equivalent of the Academy Award for Best Leading Actor.
Since then, Thomas has appeared in numerous Danish film and television projects. In 2016, he made the bold decision to relocate to the United States to pursue an international acting career.
Now based in Los Angeles, Thomas has recently completed filming for his role as Olaf Ludvigsen in Damien Chazelle's highly anticipated 2022 film "Babylon".
