Biography

Christopher Egan, a native of Sydney, Australia, began his journey in the performing arts at the renowned McDonald College School of Performing Art, where he refined his skills in singing, dancing, and acting with Kick Performance Group. He showcased his talents in notable productions of "Les Miserables" and "West Side Story" at Sydney's Zenith Theatre, foreshadowing his bright future as an actor.

At the tender age of 16, Egan's dream came true when he was cast in the successful Australian television series "Home and Away," where he played the popular character "Nick Smith" for over three years. This experience laid the foundation for his future endeavors.

In 2003, Egan made the bold decision to relocate to Los Angeles to further his acting career. His U.S. television debut was in the miniseries "Empire," followed by significant roles in the independent film "Alpha Male" and the feature "The Decameron" (also known as "Virgin Territory"),where he shared the screen with Hayden Christensen and Mischa Barton.

Egan's impressive resume continued to grow with appearances in "Resident Evil: Extinction" and 20th Century Fox's "Eragon." In 2006, he was cast in the Fox television series "Vanished" and later starred in the FX pilot "Pretty Handsome."

In 2008, Chris starred in the Australian feature thriller "Crush" and began production on "Kings" for UMS/NBC. Today, Egan resides in Los Angeles, where he continues to pursue his passion for acting.
