Sunil Sadarangani, a multifaceted individual, hails from Mumbai, but has made Los Angeles his home for over 15 years. Throughout his illustrious career, he has been involved in numerous international film projects, collaborating with productions from the US, India, Sweden, Germany, Lebanon, France, Australia, and the UK.
With a rich portfolio of work, Sunil has produced award-winning feature films such as September Tapes and The Answer, both of which premiered on Amazon Prime. He has also worked on the documentary series World Religions, featuring a two-hour interview with the esteemed Dalai Lama, which aired on Al Jazeera Network.
As a seasoned producer, Sunil has been responsible for creating award-winning short films, including In Transit, Blind, Nova, With You, and How Much Do You Want To Know?. His impressive body of work has garnered recognition, with several of his projects qualifying for the Oscars.
In addition to his work in film, Sunil is also the co-founder and former director of programming for the Ojai Short Film Festival. During his tenure, he was responsible for curating a diverse range of programming, including Academy Award-nominated and winning films, as well as episodic series from prominent studios like Sundance TV and AMC Networks.
Sunil is an active member of the Programmers of Colour Collective and serves on the programming committees at Outfest and the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles. He is also a recurring jury member at the Los Angeles Greek Film Festival.

Sunil is the co-founder of Omagination Pictures, a production company dedicated to representing and producing South Asian creators and their stories. He has played a pivotal role in securing IP content and forging relationships with industry executives and creators for the company.
