This shift in focus has resulted in the exhibition of new, existing, and previously unseen work at various prestigious institutions, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York (2015),the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York (2013-2015),the Brooklyn Museum in New York (2013),the Barbican Gallery in London (2014),Le Grand Palais in Paris (2015),the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne (2014),and the Sam Art Projects Foundation in Paris (2013).
With a career spanning over three decades, Stéphane Sednaoui has explored a wide range of film and photographic territories, achieving success in various genres including music videos, photojournalism, portrait, and pop culture. His body of work has been recognized through the publication of his photography book, "Search & Rescue at Ground Zero", by Kehrer in 2014, and a retrospective of his music videos, "_The Work of Director Stéphane Sednaoui_", as part of Palm Pictures' dvd series dedicated to the best music video directors in 2005.
