Notable individual's academic background includes a graduation from the esteemed Yerevan Fine Arts and Theatre Institute in the year 1954.

His professional career in the entertainment industry began in 1954, with performances at the renowned Sundukyan Drama Theatre of Yerevan.

In 1992, he embarked on a new venture by establishing and taking the helm of the "Hamazgain" Theatre.

Furthermore, since 1997, he has held the prestigious position of rector at the Yerevan Institute of Theatre and Cinema.

In addition to his impressive work in Armenian cinema, he has also made appearances in a number of notable Russian films, including the critically acclaimed "Solaris" (1972),directed by the visionary filmmaker Andrei Tarkovsky.
