Simeon is the esteemed festival director of Grimmfest, a renowned genre film festival that has recently been voted one of the best in the world by Movie Maker Magazine. He is also the company director of Grimmfest Films, the production arm of the festival.
With extensive expertise in contemporary genre and horror cinema, Simeon develops and produces genre-focused features as part of Grimmfest Films. He is also a talented director, having helmed several feature films, including the award-winning "Habit", "The Blood Lands" (also known as "White Settlers"),and "Splintered".
A graduate of the prestigious Royal College of Art, Simeon initially trained as an art director and production designer. He has worked on numerous commercials, TV shows, and feature films before transitioning to directing award-winning short films and features. In 2009, Simeon founded the UK-based Grimmfest festival and brand, which has since become a prominent player in the world of genre cinema.
