Shaun's academic journey began with the attainment of a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Drama from Queen's University in the year 2008.
Notably, he received the prestigious Best Male Performance in a drama award at the 2015 International Academy of Web Television Awards, held in Las Vegas, Nevada, for his outstanding portrayal of the lead role in the crime series 'Farr'. This impressive achievement was a result of his collaborative efforts in co-creating the series for RTE Ireland's Storyland series.
Throughout his career, Shaun has demonstrated his versatility as a writer, director, and performer, having worked on both theatre and film productions. His notable theatre credits include the production of 'Hard Luck' for The Queen's Players in Northern Ireland, while his short film 'Trespasses' was a co-production with Northern Ireland Screen.
In addition to his artistic pursuits, Shaun has a classical background in music, having been trained in the cello, as well as other instruments such as the bass, guitar, and ukulele.
