Person Biography:
Shane Hart is a multi-talented individual, excelling as an Actor, Writer, Producer, and Casting Director. He has recently gained recognition for his work in feature films such as B.R.I, Mafias Greatest Hits series, and Final Score.
Born in the South West of England, Shane developed a passion for the performing arts from an early age. His first audition for a major motion picture remains a cherished memory. At 11 years old, Shane made his stage debut as an impressionist for a school talent show, and by his teenage years, he had written and performed his first Western stage play.
After a hiatus from the entertainment industry, Shane returned to acting and landed his first industry job through a casting call for Paramount Pictures' World War Z, starring Brad Pitt. Although it was a background role, Shane found his calling and continued to hone his craft, attending workshops and seminars, and studying the art of acting using Chekhov's principles.
Shane has gained invaluable experience working on some of the largest film sets in the industry, including World War Z, Hummingbird, Jack Ryan, and Closed Circuit. He has also collaborated with BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, and Crime & Investigation Channel Productions, working alongside and learning from some of the greatest talents in the industry.
Shane's diverse skill set includes being a stand-in for Mark Hamill on Star Wars and a double for Russell Crowe on The Mummy. He has evolved from a supporting artist to an actor, taking on a range of roles, from background and walk-on parts to principal and lead roles, in both television and film.
Recent projects include feature films such as 1603, Witch, Honeytrap, Made Ordinary, and Mafias Greatest Hits series 2, as well as the role of Professor Adams in feature film B.R.I. Shane has also been involved in corporate work, short films, and music videos.
In addition to his acting work, Shane has been enjoying the experience of working behind the camera, gaining credits as an Actor, Writer, Producer, Cinematographer, Assistant Director, and Casting Director.
In 2016, Shane made his directorial debut with the short film "Blame," which was later developed into an award-winning series pilot. He is also producing his own projects, including Palatable Feature Film and Desuba-On Reflection - Book, which is available on Amazon.
