Gloria, a native Floridian, spent her formative years in the culturally rich city of Newark, New Jersey. Her early professional endeavors saw her serving as an assistant to a legal secretary in the New York office of the esteemed NAACP. Concurrently, she pursued a successful modeling career, captivating audiences as a "Bunny" at the iconic Playboy Club. This exposure ultimately led to her being cast in her debut film, the 1968 cinematic masterpiece "For Love of Ivy". As the 1970s unfolded, Gloria emerged as a prominent figure in the black exploitation film genre, starring in notable titles such as "Black Caesar" (1973) and "Black Belt Jones" (1974). In addition to her on-screen accomplishments, Gloria has also ventured into the music world, releasing her first CD. Furthermore, she has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by producing "The Paul Robeson Story", a testament to her multifaceted talents and dedication to the arts.
