Sean Cowhig is a multifaceted creative force residing in Los Angeles, where he has made a name for himself as a talented actor, writer, producer, and improviser.
As one of the founding members of the renowned comedy group Dr. God, Sean has been instrumental in shaping the LA improv scene. His impressive resume boasts writing credits and a memorable performance as Jerry the Janitor in their inaugural feature film, Bloodsucking Bastards.
Sean has also made appearances on several episodes of Dr. God's MOCKpocalypse on AXS TV and serves as an Executive Producer and Series Regular on their animated series Hell Den on SYFY.
Throughout his career, Sean has performed thousands of live shows across the United States and Canada, captivating audiences in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Providence, Austin, Phoenix, and even Montreal. He regularly takes the stage at The Pack Theater in Hollywood with Dr. God, as well as the esteemed EST, and has appeared in numerous other shows throughout Los Angeles's thriving indie improv scene.
A proud graduate of Emerson College in Massachusetts, Sean is a born and bred Bostonian who is more than happy to break out his signature accent upon request. In addition to his creative pursuits, Sean also shares his expertise as an acting instructor at The Art of Acting Studio, a Los Angeles branch of the renowned Stella Adler institution.
