Scott's journey in acting began with stage productions at Regina Little Theatre and Regina Summer Stage, where he performed in notable shows such as "A Man for all Seasons", "Blithe Spirit", and "The Sound of Music". These experiences not only honed his skills but also instilled in him a deep appreciation for the art of acting and singing.
As he gained confidence, Scott was offered the opportunity to transition to television and film acting. With his passion for film and the guidance of experienced professionals, he landed several exciting roles alongside notable actors such as John Rhys Davies, Judd Nelson, Vinnie Jones, and Casper Van Dien, whom he had admired for years.
Scott's breakthrough in television came with his appearances in the popular Canadian sitcoms "Corner Gas", "Moccasin Flats", and "Renegadepress.com". He also took an acting class with renowned coach Warren Robertson, who praised his abilities and encouraged him to pursue acting full-time.
Tragedy struck on May 29, 2009, when Scott was involved in a near-fatal motorcycle accident. He was cut off by a truck and crashed his Victory Jackpot motorcycle, sustaining severe injuries, including 9 shattered ribs, a broken shoulder blade, and numerous smaller injuries. What made the situation even more critical was that he had torn his descending aorta, a condition with an 80-98% fatality rate.
Rushed to the hospital, Scott underwent an intensive 8-hour open-heart surgery to repair the damage. Miraculously, he survived, but his recovery was long and arduous, marked by intense pain and trauma. With the support of his wife and family, Scott persevered and eventually overcame his challenges.
Since the accident, Scott has secured a few small roles in Vancouver and is determined to achieve greater success in the years to come.
