Samer Bisharat is a Palestinian actor who made his mark in the film industry at a remarkably young age. At just 12 years old, he appeared in Sari Bisharat's acclaimed short film TORMUS, showcasing his exceptional talent to the world.
Throughout his career, Samer has accumulated an impressive array of credits, including numerous outstanding films and television series. One of his most notable roles was in the Oscar-nominated film OMAR, directed by the highly acclaimed Hany Abu Assad. This film earned Abu Assad the prestigious Un Certain Regard Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival.
Samer's impressive filmography also includes THE AQUATIC EFFECT, a film by Sólveig Anspach and Jean-Luc Gaget, which received the Directors' Fortnight award at the Cannes Film Festival. He has also appeared in DANS LE VIDE, directed by Mohamed Ben Attia, and LET IT BE MORNING, which was selected to compete in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival.
