Sam Healy, a native of Australia, embarked on her academic journey at the Queensland University of Technology's Academy of Arts, where she honed her craft by participating in various university stage productions. These included Double Take, Summer of the Aliens, Suburbia, and A Doctor in Spite of Himself, among numerous other performances.
Following her time at the Academy of Arts, Sam ventured into the world of film, appearing in notable movies such as Dear Claudia and The Sugar Factory. Her impressive television credits include a series regular role on the popular show All Saints, as well as a featured role in the television movie The Magician. In addition, she has made guest appearances on a wide range of series, including Water Rats, Wildside, Children's Hospital, and Medivac.
Notably, Sam played the beloved character Iara, The Demon, on the syndicated show "The Beastmaster," which garnered a significant following of fans.
