Russ Williams, born Marion A. Williams, is a multi-talented writer and producer in the United States, with a career spanning literature and the entertainment industry. As the Executive Producer for Gothic Pictures International, formerly Gothic Productions, based in the Philippines, he is expanding his independent producing and screenwriting work into Southeast Asia, Eastern Asia, and the United States.
Recently, Russ completed producing his first film with GPI, "Darkest Night", which is now moving into worldwide distribution. Additionally, two more films and a Manila TV series are currently in development.
Notably, Russ also wrote the screenplay for and co-produced the award-winning independent film "The Last Year", which has received national and international distribution. Since 1995, he has worked as a co-producer and creative consultant on numerous films in Hollywood, earning a reputation for infusing artistic, literary quality and popular appeal into all the films and media he has worked with.
