Rodiney Santiago was born in the small city of Timoteo, nestled near Belo Horizonte, Brazil, to an auto mechanic father. He was raised in the nearby city of Betim, MG, where his early life was filled with a passion for performance and a desire to help others.
At the tender age of 19, Rodiney began his three-year journey as a performer, dancing the night away with various country bands. Simultaneously, he started pursuing his higher education, enrolling in a Physical Therapy program at the age of 20 in Betim. His dedication to his studies was unwavering, and he also took on the role of a City Commissioner, demonstrating his commitment to his community.
Despite the allure of the spotlight, Rodiney continued to study Physical Therapy until the age of 23. It was then that he made the bold decision to move to Sao Paulo, dedicating himself fully to a career in modeling. His hard work and perseverance paid off, as he was soon offered international opportunities that took him to new and exciting heights.
With his sights set on the American dream, Rodiney packed his bags and moved to Atlanta in 2006, where he spent six months studying English. He soon signed with a modeling agency in Miami, Florida, and his career took off. Rodiney has since called Los Angeles and New York City home, where he continues to model, hone his acting skills, and shoot his new reality television show, "A-List: New York".
