Robin Arcuri, an American fashion model and actor, embodies the word "passion" in every aspect of her career and life. From her early days as a teen sensation in Huntington Beach, California, to her current status as a successful model, actress, and philanthropist, Arcuri has approached every challenge with steely-eyed zeal and unwavering passion.
Despite being told she was too short to succeed in the competitive world of fashion modeling, Arcuri used this perceived limitation as motivation to push herself forward. She went on to model for numerous prominent brands, including Maybelline, FUZZI, Joe Rocket, HJC, Marvel, Calvin Klein, Life Fitness, Flayva Fashions, Emanuel Ungaro, Teen, Vogue, Glamour, Orange Coast, Muscle & Fitness, Shape, Business Week, Cover Models, and Cosmopolitan.
Arcuri's passion for cultural diversity has led her to model overseas, walking the runways in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, and Mexico. She has also modeled in Japan, where she learned to speak the Japanese language, Nihongo.
In addition to her modeling career, Arcuri has also made a name for herself in the film industry. While attending CSUF, she met illusionist Shahrooz Mystere and began assisting him in performances at the Magic Castle in Los Angeles and The Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, California. She made her small screen debut in 1992's Miracle Beach as Miss Germany and has since appeared in TV shows such as Into the Night and Entourage. Arcuri has also appeared in TV commercials for brands like Mountain Dew, L'Oreal, Evian, Body Glove, Associates National Bank, Badger, and Budweiser.
As Arcuri matured, she continued to use her passion to make a positive impact on the world. She has become a supporter of several animal rights organizations and has founded and operates her own self-funded, private animal rescue group. She is also a supporter of various other charitable organizations, including ASAP, Blind Start Of America, Compassionate Care ALS, the Gavin R. Stevens Foundation, Toys For Tots Foundation, Mea Ola's Place, Cowboy 911, Half The Sky, and Entertainment Industry Foundation for women with cancer.
In recognition of her philanthropic efforts, Arcuri received an award from the city of Redondo Beach on April 26, 2011, for her participation in cleaning up the King Harbor fish die-off. With a strong sense of responsibility to give back to those less fortunate, Arcuri continues to use her platform to make a positive difference in the world.
