Ricardo Andres, a highly decorated Senior Chief Gunners Mate (E-8),spent 23 years in the Naval service, retiring in 1991 with extensive experience in Surface Warfare, Riverine, and Coastal Warfare. His diverse postings around the world allowed him to develop a unique cultural perspective, distinct from that of his actor peers.
During his active duty, Ricardo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Education from National University, a testament to his dedication to lifelong learning. Following his retirement, he pursued a Master's in Education from SDSU, utilizing his education to teach High School NJROTC and Continuing Education at the University of New Mexico.
As a member of the Screen Actors Guild, Ricardo has been acting since 1988, with a career spanning over 20 years. His extensive experience has led to roles in notable films such as The Avengers, On the Road, Breaking Bad, and the hit TV series "The Night Shift".
In addition to his acting career, Ricardo has ventured into screenwriting, with his debut feature-length film, The Deadliest Gun, set to be released in theaters in 2015. His production company, Scarlet Rose Productions, is committed to supporting up-and-coming actors in their careers.
