Pyotr Fyodorov is a multifaceted Russian artist, equally accomplished in the realms of theater and film, with a versatile skill set that includes acting, directing, screenwriting, and producing.
Born in Moscow, Pyotr comes from a family of actors, with his father, Pyotr Fyodorov (1959-1999),being a renowned Soviet and Russian theater and film actor, art critic, and TV presenter. His grandfather, Evgeniy Fyodorov (1924-2020),was also a celebrated Soviet and Russian theater actor, honored with the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR.
Pyotr spent his childhood in the Altay region, in the Uymon Valley, where he developed a passion for drawing and dreamed of becoming an artist. In the eighth grade, he relocated with his family back to Moscow. Despite having received an incomplete secondary education, Pyotr entered the Moscow Theater Art and Technical School in 1997. He initially planned to attend the Moscow State Art and Technical University named after S. Stroganov, but following the tragic death of his father, he changed his mind and left the school after completing two years of study.
In 1999, Pyotr enrolled in the acting department of the Higher Theater School named after Boris Shchukin, with Rodion Ovchinnikov serving as the artistic director of his course. He graduated from the institution in 2003, which had been renamed the Boris Shchukin Theater Institute by that time. After completing his studies, Pyotr worked at the Moscow Drama Theater named after Konstantin Stanislavski.
Pyotr's breakthrough in film came with his role as Lyonka in Leonid Maryagin's feature film 101-y kilometr (2001). He has since appeared in notable films such as Jacked$ (2004),Neupravlyaemyy zanos (2005),and Muzhskoy sezon. Barkhatnaya revolyutsiya (2005). His role as Danila in the youth television series Klub (2006) brought widespread recognition to Pyotr. In 2009, he was invited to play the lead role of Anton, a child prodigy, in the film PiraMMMida (2011). The following year, Pyotr was cast as a young cadet, Anton Batkin, in the American film The Darkest Hour (2011),directed by Chris Gorak.
