Biography

Paul C. Miller, a native of Sparta, Michigan, spent his formative years capturing his creativity through the lens of a Super-8 millimeter camera, laying the groundwork for a lifelong passion for filmmaking.

As he progressed through high school, Miller's enthusiasm for the craft only intensified, ultimately leading him to enroll at the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema/Television Production.

Upon graduating, Miller began his professional journey as a production designer, working on various commercials and art directing a few television series. This foundation of experience ultimately paved the way for him to shift his focus towards directing.

In 2001, Miller's short film "The Taste of Victory" premiered, showcasing his skills as a writer and director. This project caught the attention of Indigo Entertainment, which led to Miller being hired to direct the import car racing movie "Thrust".

The visual style of "Thrust" proved to be a significant factor in Miller's subsequent hiring to direct six episodes of the cable television romantic comedy "Black Tie Nights II".

Miller's versatility as a director was further demonstrated when he was tasked with second unit directing scenes for "The Butcher". This experience was followed by directing "The Wailer II" and "Zona Zero", before he went on to helm the hard-hitting action feature "Cinco de Mayo - The Battle".

In recent years, Miller has expanded his repertoire by completing an Internet fan film based on the adventures of "Mad" Max Rockatansky, and has also worked as second unit cinematographer on "The Dog That Saved Christmas Vacation" and "Paws Before the Alter" for Feifer Worldwide.
