Biography

Osman Türkoglu, a renowned Turkish actor, first took his first breath in the year 1902 within the city limits of Tekirdag, a province situated in the westernmost part of Turkey. As his life unfolded, he would go on to leave an indelible mark on the world of Turkish cinema, captivating audiences with his exceptional acting prowess in a plethora of films. Some of his most notable works include the 1961 production "Sevdali efe", the 1952 film "Ingiliz Kemal Lawrense Karsi", and the 1966 cinematic masterpiece "Yakut gözlü kedi". Unfortunately, his life was cut short when he breathed his last in the bustling metropolis of Istanbul, Turkey, in the year 1967.
