Biography

J. Randall's early life was marked by a sense of adventure and creativity, as he was born in Sacramento, California to Barbara (Zachary) and Joseph G. Randall, a renowned Chef who has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the culinary world, earning a prestigious spot in the Smithsonian Institute's National Museum of African American History and Culture.

As a young boy, J. spent his formative years in both South Central Los Angeles and Claremont, California, where he was exposed to diverse cultures and experiences that would later shape his perspectives and passions. The family eventually relocated to suburban Baltimore, Maryland, where J. attended Franklin High School, a institution that fostered his artistic talents and athletic abilities.

During his time at Franklin, J. was an exceptional student, excelling in Gifted and Talented Art, while also developing his theatrical skills and becoming a standout member of the varsity football team. His impressive academic and athletic record earned him multiple scholarship offers from smaller FCS Schools, which he ultimately declined in favor of pursuing his passion for football at The University of South Carolina, Columbia.

At USC, J. walked on to the Gamecock Football Team, where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience. However, he eventually transferred to Georgia Southern University, where he completed his eligibility as a member of consecutive Southern Conference Champions. After graduating in 2004, J. relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where he began his coaching career, guiding high school athletes and developing his leadership skills.

Following his coaching stint, J. shifted his focus to personal training and amateur boxing, where he continued to push himself and test his limits. His diverse experiences and talents eventually led him to the world of film and television, where he has since worked as a lead or supporting actor on numerous feature films, television pilots, and indie productions.
