Biography

Born in 1966, Nicholas Fabrio was the son of Sharon and Ronald Fabrio, hailing from Chino, California. However, his childhood was marked by frequent moves, as his family relocated to St. Louis, Missouri when he was just five years old. This nomadic upbringing continued throughout his childhood, with the family moving from one part of Missouri to another. Despite the instability, Fabrio's interests began to take shape, and by the time he graduated high school, he had developed a strong passion for the arts. Film and television, in particular, captivated him, and he dedicated himself to pursuing a career in these fields.

After serving in the United States Army as a combat engineer, Fabrio returned to St. Louis, where he enrolled in business college. He earned a degree in accounting and business development, which led to a series of corporate jobs that he held off and on. However, his true calling remained in the entertainment industry. A chance encounter with his best friend and photographer, Eric Frazier, provided Fabrio with an opportunity to work at Kaleidescope Production in New York. This marked the beginning of his journey towards realizing his dreams in film and television.

Fabrio eventually returned to California, where he continued to pursue his passion for the arts. He worked as an actor, taking on roles in independent features, television commercials, and live theatrical productions. Behind the camera, he worked as a production assistant, art department assistant, and assistant location scout, primarily in the San Francisco Bay area. This multifaceted approach allowed him to develop a wide range of skills and expertise.

Today, Fabrio resides in Mt. Shasta, California, where he continues to act and work as a set designer/technical director for the College of the Siskiyous Kenneth W Ford theater in Weed, California. His dedication to his craft has enabled him to build a diverse and fulfilling career, and he remains committed to his passion for the arts.
