Murray Gray hails from the Lone Star State, Texas, where her athletic prowess earned her all-star status from a young age. This impressive feat was capped off by her achievement of a black belt in the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do.
Following her high school days, Murray Gray pursued her passion for the performing arts by enrolling in the esteemed Theater, Film, and Television Program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA),where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Acting.
To hone her craft, Murray Gray sought out the expertise of renowned acting coaches Margie Haber and the Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles. Her dedication and hard work have yielded a string of notable appearances in various television shows and films.
Some of her notable credits include Netflix's critically acclaimed comedy series G.L.O.W., ABC's sitcom Splitting Up Together, and CBS's comedy-drama series The Unicorn. Additionally, Murray Gray has made a name for herself in the film world, starring in the movie Unsullied and collaborating with the talented Loretta Devine in the Rosa Parks biopic Behind the Movement.
