As a teenager, Mike began his journey in martial arts at the tender age of 13, immersing himself in the disciplines of Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, and Kickboxing. His natural aptitude and dedication soon led him to compete at the highest level, racking up an impressive array of titles and accolades along the way.
Throughout his illustrious career, Mike has claimed an impressive 5 British Tae Kwon Do Championships, as well as titles in Canada, Germany, and Switzerland. He has also been recognized as the 2-Time International T.A.G.B Fighter of the Year, a testament to his exceptional skill and prowess in the ring. Moreover, Mike holds the distinction of being the only Light Heavyweight Fighter to have won British titles in both WTF and ITF Tae Kwon Do, a remarkable feat that underscores his mastery of the sport.
With his impressive martial arts credentials firmly established, Mike set his sights on the big screen, venturing to Hong Kong to pursue a career in film. It was during this time that he met his wife, a serendipitous encounter that would change the course of his life forever. Now, Mike has returned to the UK, where he continues to work as an actor, stuntman, and trainer, having collaborated with some of the most renowned action stars from Hong Kong and the US, including the legendary Chow Yun Fat, Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Jet Li, Van Damme, and Shannon Lee.
