Melanie, a talented dancer, was born in Miami to immigrant parents. Her early start in dance began at the tender age of four, and her natural aptitude propelled her to the top of the industry, allowing her to travel the world alongside renowned artists such as Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, Janet Jackson, Pink, Tina Turner, Will Smith, Missy Elliot, Mariah Carey, and Jay-Z. Under the guidance of esteemed instructors Stella Adler's protégé, Arthur Mendoza, and Roy London's protégé, Alice Carter, Melanie honed her craft, eventually transitioning into acting. This career shift led to her securing a lead role opposite the acclaimed Forest Whitaker in the film CITY OF LIES. Currently, Melanie can be seen in the new film Tin Soldier, starring alongside Robert DeNiro and Scott Eastwood, as well as in season 3 of The Chosen, the latest season of All American, Grey's Anatomy, and as a recurring cast member on the Netflix series The Lincoln Lawyer.
