Mol Smith, a multifaceted creative force, was born in the vibrant cultural hub of south London in 1950. As a young individual, he found solace in the newly emerging world of Marvel comics, as well as the science fiction literature of the past and present, serving as a powerful catalyst for his early fascination with escapism.
As life's journey unfolded, Mol's passion for creativity took a detour, leading him down a separate path. However, it wasn't until a later stage in his life that he rediscovered his love for imagery, imagination, and storytelling. This renewed enthusiasm ultimately led to the establishment of his own company, Onview Ltd, in 1995.
With Onview Ltd as his creative haven, Mol gradually evolved his interests to combine his passions for the human condition and biology. This convergence of fascinations ultimately culminated in the production of low-budget films, which showcased his versatility as a writer, director, and producer.
