Mark Brocksmith has been delighting audiences since 1997, commencing his illustrious career at the Youth Theater at the U, Youth Theater Conservatory (formerly Theater School for Youth) in association with The University of Utah. During his high school years, Mark showcased his remarkable acting abilities by taking on various roles, including Babcock in "Mame" at Olympus High School and King Leontes in "The Winter's Tale" at Highland High School.
Following his high school days, Mark continued to hone his craft by performing in "Spoon River Anthology" with Wasatch Theater Company, "1776" and "Big River" with Rogers Memorial Theater, "Julius Caesar" and "Lucia di Lammermoor" with The Utah Symphony and Opera, and Carl Wimmer, Senator Killpack, and Mike Noel in "Saturdays Voyeur" with the Salt Lake Acting Company in 2010.
Mark's film credits are equally impressive, featuring notable roles such as Shneur Zalman in DZB Entertainment's "The Yankles", Arnold in Hallmark Channel's "Heaven's Door", Florist in Kenny Riches' "Must Come Down", King #3 in ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas "The Mistle-Tones", and Bonebag in Avalanche Entertainment's "Dragonfyre".
Mark would like to extend his heartfelt gratitude to the friends and family who have supported him and his artistic endeavors throughout the years, particularly his father, Jack Brocksmith, who has always been a constant source of encouragement and support for his acting talents. Mark would also like to acknowledge the profound impact his mother, Jennifer Susan, had on his life, as she was an exemplary model of compassion and humanity, and sadly passed away in 2006.
