Biography

Marilyne Naaman is a multifaceted Lebanese actress and singer, born in the vibrant city of Beirut, Lebanon. She embarked on her educational journey by studying audio-visual cinema at Notre-Dame University in Lebanon, further honing her skills in 2019 by participating in the prestigious international intensive workshop of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart, Germany. This workshop allowed her to specialize in directing, writing, and acting, laying the groundwork for her future endeavors.

Naaman has demonstrated her versatility by taking on various roles in both local and international short films, as well as series currently streaming on SHAHID and NETFLIX. Her most recent and notable achievement was playing the lead role in the feature film La Nuit Du Verre D’eau (Mother Valley),alongside the iconic French actress Nathalie Baye, directed by the renowned Lebanese-French director Carlos Chahine. This impressive performance earned her the Best Actress award at the Amman International Film Festival.

In addition to her thriving acting career, Naaman has also pursued a musical career, starting in 2020. In 2023, she made a significant appearance by participating in the international-French TV program, The Voice, on TF1.
