Marc Scott Zicree is a renowned television writer, producer, and novelist with a career spanning over three decades. He has written and produced hundreds of hours of TV programs for major studios and networks, including Star Trek: The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Twilight Zone, Babylon 5, Beauty and the Beast, and many others.
Zicree's landmark book, The Twilight Zone Companion, has been credited with creating the modern genre of books on TV series and inspiring a generation of series creators and filmmakers. The book was an instant bestseller and was named one of the "ten science fiction books for the ages" by the New York Times in 2006.
As a media expert, Zicree has been interviewed by hundreds of newspapers, magazines, and TV and radio shows, including The Today Show, American Masters, and Entertainment Tonight. He is a regular guest on Coast To Coast, a top-rated nighttime radio show.
Zicree is also a novelist, with the bestselling Magic Time trilogy published by HarperCollins and Blackstone Audio. He has lectured at many colleges, professional conferences, and museums in America, Europe, and Asia, and has taught classes on screenwriting and the entertainment industry.
