Linda Nigmatulina

Born on May 16, 1983, Linda Nigmatulina, a gifted thespian, took her first breath in the ancient city of Alma-Ata, which, at that time, was part of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, a vital constituent republic of the Soviet Union, a vast and influential political entity that once spanned across much of Eastern Europe and Northern Asia. Today, this same city is known as Almaty, the largest metropolis in Kazakhstan, a country situated in the heart of Central Asia, sharing borders with the mighty nations of Russia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan.
