Native to Washington D.C., Leonard Wu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Currently residing in Los Angeles, Wu has made a name for himself in the television industry by appearing in numerous high-rated dramas, including the popular shows "NCIS" and "Bones".
In addition to his television work, Wu has also had roles in several feature films, including the critically acclaimed "While She Was Out" opposite Academy Award-winning actress Kim Basinger, and the comedy film "17 Again".
Wu is currently working on a gritty feature film titled "Revenge of the Green Dragons", which is based on the true story of gang warfare in New York during the 1990s. The film is being directed by acclaimed filmmaker Andrew Lau, who is best known for his work on the "Infernal Affairs" franchise.
In addition to his acting work, Wu is also a writer and producer. He is currently working on several projects, including writing and producing his own scripts, which are currently in development.
