This film, titled "The Fuhrer Donates a City to the Jews" or "Der Fuhrer schenkt den Juden eine Stadt" in German, was a stark contrast to the brutal reality of life in the camps.
After completing this propaganda film, Gerron's fate was sealed. He was brutally sent to the Auschwitz extermination camp, where he ultimately met a tragic and senseless demise.
