Kouka, a renowned Egyptian actress, took her first breath on March 7, 1917, in the vibrant city of Cairo, Egypt. Her illustrious career spanned numerous iconic film roles, including the critically acclaimed "Antar wa Ablah" in 1945, followed by another notable performance in "Rabha" that same year. Her impressive repertoire continued to grow with her 1948 appearance in "Mughamarat Antar wa Abla".
Throughout her life, Kouka was blessed with a loving partnership with her husband, Niazi Mostafa. Despite her many accomplishments, Kouka's life was tragically cut short when she passed away on January 29, 1979, in her beloved hometown of Cairo, Egypt.
