José Alfredo Fernandez, a talented film actor, was born in the vibrant city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to his parents Alfredo Fernandez and Josefina Fernandez.
His journey in the entertainment industry began with a humble start as a dishwasher on the highly acclaimed film "After" in 2019. It was during this time that an assistant director took notice of his potential and offered him a speaking role as a dishwasher, marking the beginning of his acting career.
With a newfound passion for acting, José Alfredo went on a casting spree, auditioning for over 500 roles in the next year. His breakthrough performances included roles in the Amazon Prime hit series "Magnolia" as Hector and the TVOne hit series "For My Man" as Rafael Avila. He then landed a feature role in the highly successful film "Bad Boys for Life," playing multiple characters.
Since then, José Alfredo has appeared in numerous highly acclaimed productions, including "Avengers: End Game," "Shield Agent," "No Time to Die," "Henchmen," and "The Samaritan."
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, José Alfredo moved to North Miami Beach, Florida, in 1991, where he spent his formative years until relocating to Hialeah, Florida, in 1999. At the age of 18, he started a family and moved to Brentwood, New York, in 2005. Two years later, he relocated to Winter Haven, Florida, before returning to Hialeah in 2009. In 2017, he settled in Dacula, Georgia, where he finally pursued his lifelong dream of becoming an actor.
José Alfredo's determination and perseverance have earned him recognition as one of the fastest-growing talents in the United States in 2019. He dropped out of school in the 9th grade but went on to graduate from the US Job Corps in 2003 after just three months.
In addition to his acting career, José Alfredo is a certified Diesel Mechanic, A & P Mechanic, and a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
