Jon Meggison stars in his first lead film as Eric Olsen in the Amazon Prime original movie A Haunting In Ravenwood (2021),directed by Calvin McCarthy. This film features Eileen Dietz, best known for her appearances in many horror films, including The Exorcist, Halloween II, Friday The 13th Pt3.
Jon caught fire in early 2021, playing a supporting role as Ryan in the feature film Survivors Choice. The film is led by Hollywood actor Eric Roberts, known for movies like The Coca-Cola Kid, Best of the Best, The Specialist, and National Security.
After these films, Jon started to make a name for himself. In January 2022, Jon booked a supporting role as Dave in the film Amends Of The Father, led by Actor & Director Stephen Sorrentino. The film also features Jeffrey Soloman, known for the Wu Tang Clan Series and Penny Dreadful City Of Angels, as well as Randy Jones from The Village people, Candy Clark, known for her roles in Criminal Minds, Twin Peaks, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Matlock, and Magnum PI.
Jon won his first individual award as Best Lead Actor in the film It Takes Talent (2021),written & Directed by Roleph Dubreus. In his most recent film, Jon stars as Porter Watson in the horror film Conjuring the Beyond, written and directed by Calvin McCarthy, set to release on platforms July 10th, 2022.
Jon has many films in the wings, but his much-anticipated and biggest yet is a film where he will share the screen with actors Danny Trejo, Jake Busey, Tom Sizemore, Clifton Powell, and Robert Crayton in the Horror thriller The Legend Of Johnny Jones, produced by Angry Trolls Production.
Jon has a lifelong love of basketball and in his spare time, he plays in a men's basketball league. This is something he enjoys most and gives him the opportunity to reset and stay connected with his first passion and the friends that he grew up with. He has played from the age of 5 all through elementary, middle school, and high school.
Another thing that Jon loves to do most is spend time with his family. He has three little boys who are the love of his life, and he wants to show them that you are never too old to chase your dream and that you can pursue your passion and raise a family.
