Joel Soisson, a multifaceted artist, embarked on his creative journey after attending esteemed institutions such as Pratt Institute, where he honed his skills in fine art and animation, followed by the University of Southern California, where he delved into film studies. Subsequently, he further refined his craft at the American Film Institute, specializing in cinematography.
Initially, Soisson found success in Hollywood as a screenwriter and storyboard artist, penning over two dozen feature films, including notable titles like Hollow Man II, Dracula 2000, Blue Tiger, and two installments of the "Highlander" franchise.
In addition to his impressive writing credits, Soisson has also ventured into directing, having helmed eight feature films, including The Prophecy: Uprising, Buffalo Rider, and Girl Missing.
One of the most notable aspects of Soisson's career is his involvement in the Bravo reality series Project Greenlight, which documented the making of the horror comedy Feast from screenplay to theatrical release.
