Jessica Tyler Brown was born in West Columbia, South Carolina, a considerable distance from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, yet her parents recognized at an early age that she was consistently performing scenes from television shows and films. Even at the tender age of two, she would re-enact scenes from Cinderella, repeatedly and with great enthusiasm.
As her parents became aware of her innate talent, they seized the opportunity to enroll young Jessica in an acting workshop being offered in Hickory, North Carolina. The class was taught by Los Angeles-based talent manager, Susie Mains, who was impressed by Jessica's natural ability and invited the then five-year-old to come to LA and pursue a career in acting.
After careful consideration, her parents decided to support their daughter's passion and relocated to California. They have never looked back. From the moment she set foot in Hollywood, Jessica has never stopped working. She landed a co-starring role on the ABC series 'Happy Endings', a recurring role on the TNT series 'Hawthorne', a lead role in the indie feature 'I Do', and a starring role in Paramount's 'Paranormal 3'.
When she's not acting, six-year-old Jessica enjoys a variety of activities, including swimming, baseball, art projects, learning ballet and tap, and playing with her five-year-old twin siblings, Bailey and Tucker.
