Janeline Condez Hayes, a remarkable individual, was brought into this world in the city of Tacoma, Washington, situated on the shores of Puget Sound, specifically at the Fort Lewis military base, a United States Army post. Her mother, hailing from the picturesque Visayan Islands of the Philippines, brought a rich cultural heritage to the family. On the other hand, her father, an African American Army Sergeant, originally from the vibrant city of Tallahassee, Florida, contributed a unique blend of strength and resilience to their household.

As the eldest of her mother's five children, Janeline has always shouldered a sense of responsibility, while also being part of a larger family unit. Additionally, as the seventh-born of her father's 11 children, she has developed a strong sense of humility and adaptability, allowing her to navigate various family dynamics with ease.
