James Harland Lockhart V, also known as Jamie Lockhart, is a multifaceted independent filmmaker with a profound passion for editing, producing, writing, and directing. His creative endeavors primarily revolve around the realms of science fiction and horror, as he has successfully helmed both narrative features and shorts, as well as several documentary features.
Throughout his illustrious career, spanning over two decades, Lockhart has garnered extensive experience in post-production, meticulously crafting hundreds of bonus featurettes for esteemed cult film labels such as Severin Films, Arrow Video, Second Sight, Dark Sky Entertainment, and numerous others. Moreover, he has diligently worked on dailies for several prominent Hollywood productions.
In addition to his film-related endeavors, Lockhart serves as the technical director for Film Pittsburgh, lending his expertise to various film festivals annually, including the 3 Rivers Film Fest, Pittsburgh Shorts, Reel Abilities, and JFilm. He also actively participates in the Teen Screen program, providing valuable guidance and support.
