James Seah is a Singaporean actor who embarked on his acting career by participating in Star Search 2010, a Singaporean television reality talent competition. He made his acting debut in the web series Let's Play Love at the beginning of 2011.
After serving a two-year stint in the army, James returned to the screens in Mata Mata (2013),an English television series set in post-war Singapore during the 1950s-60s. In 2015, James took on the main character role of Seng in the historical thriller 1965, a movie commemorating Singapore's 50 years of independence. That same year, he received a role in the 199-episode television series Tanglin.
In 2019, James received outstanding reviews for his role as Lu Jia Hao in C.L.I.F 5. His most recent works include Mind Jumper, The Unbreakable Bond, and Fix My Life.
Beyond acting, James is proficient in digital media design. He also has a hobbyist's enthusiasm for other creative pursuits, such as drawing and photography. James has a profound passion for singing and has performed numerous cover songs. He is currently training in Muay Thai.
