James Greene has had a remarkable and enduring career in the entertainment industry, spanning over seven decades. His illustrious journey began in 1951 when he took to the stage on Broadway, starring alongside the renowned Olivia de Havilland in a production of Romeo and Juliet.

Throughout his illustrious career, Greene has appeared in a wide range of television shows, including the popular Parks and Recreation, where he played the role of Councilman Milton in 2009. He also made notable appearances in Modern Family, Cold Case, and Las Vegas, all in 2003.

One of his most memorable stints was on the TV series The Days and Nights of Molly Dodd, where he worked alongside writer and director Jay Tarses for a period of four years, starting from 1987.

In addition to his television work, Greene has also had a successful film career, with notable roles in Road to Perdition, Patch Adams, The Missouri Breaks, and Philadelphia Experiment II.
