Jaanus's academic journey began at the special literature class of Tartu 8th Middle School, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his future endeavors. He furthered his education by enrolling in the 15th flight of the performing arts department at the prestigious Tallinn Conservatory, graduating in 1992.
