Here is the biography of Humaima Malick:
Humaima Malick was born on November 18, 1987, in Quetta, Pakistan. She was discovered at the tender age of 14 by Saqib Malik, who cast her in a nationwide campaign for Fair&Lovely. This marked the beginning of her illustrious career, which has seen her rise to fame at a very young age.
Malick's early success led to her being associated with renowned brands such as Pepsi, where she was the youngest actress to bag an ad campaign, and Telenor, where she played the lead role. She has also worked with skincare and beauty brands like Sunsilk and Lux, and was the Lux girl of Pakistan for a significant period.
Malick's transition to serious acting began with TV serials like Ishq Junoon Dewanagi and Akbari Asghari, both as a female lead. These serials established her as a household name and contributed to her sound acting skills. However, it was her role in Shoaib Mansoor's Bol that brought her international critical recognition and acclaim. Her performance as Zainab earned her numerous national and international awards.
Malick has also appeared in several successful films, including Raja Natwarlal opposite Emraan Hashmi and Dekh Magar Pyar Se opposite Sikander Rizvi. Her upcoming projects include Sher and Arth 2, a semi-autobiographical film on the life of actress Parveen Babi.
In addition to her work in the entertainment industry, Malick has been a vocal advocate for social issues. She has been selected as the only female ambassador by the WWF federation to speak about environment issues in the Sindh Parliament, and has also been chosen by the Government of Punjab to speak about women's rights in their recent 'Women Protection Bill 2016'. Malick's strong personality and massive fan following have also made her the only female ambassador for team Peshawar Zalmi in the Pakistan Super League.
